RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Third Generation Woodworking builds handcrafted taxidermy pedestals, display bases, and other wood products. Most items are made to order, including products selected from our standard designs.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This includes standard designs, made-to-order products, custom-sized items, and engraved or personalized pieces. Please confirm dimensions, wood selections, finish, and other details before placing your order. Contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a product.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed order details, please contact us promptly at thirdgenerationwoodworking25@gmail.com or 919-721-5677. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please keep all packaging and shipping materials until the issue is resolved. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. When a return is needed because of shipping damage, a defect, or our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide instructions. Please do not ship an item back without contacting us first.

Natural wood characteristics

Wood grain, color, and figure vary naturally. Product photos show examples, and each piece will have its own appearance. Natural variations alone are not considered defects. This does not exclude claims for faulty workmanship or a product that does not match the agreed specifications.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the stage of production and any materials already purchased or work completed. We will explain any applicable costs and the available refund before confirming a cancellation.

Refunds

We will notify you when a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
